I request for bureaucrat and sysop access, because I'm qualified in several aspects:

1. I am a native speaker and promotor of WUU. And Wuu-Wikipedia has up to now no native bureaucrat or sysop.

1. I together with other colleagues applied for and contributed at the beginning of Wuu test-wiki.
2. I was active for the last years in the Wu-Chinese forums and acted as the Administrator of 吴语协会 and 清籁吴语论坛.
3. I'm currently running a wiki program(吴语百科) on my site.
