小人调钞票丑闻

“小人调钞票”丑闻（英语：Kids for Cash）指嗰是宾夕法尼亚州卢泽恩县（宾夕法尼亚州）威尔克斯巴里民事诉讼法院嗰两名法官來勒判决里向吃回扣嗰丑闻。2008年，法官迈克尔·科纳汉（英语：Michael_Conahan）帮马克·恰瓦雷拉（英语：Mark_Ciavarella）吃私人牢监公司嗰回扣，重判青少年，提高賓夕法尼亞州儿童保育營利性拘留中心个入住率[1][2]。就算被告小人只是嘲校长箇种小唻一咪咪个轻罪，法官恰瓦雷拉还是延长上千少年个拘留辰光。[3]

2009年，法官拒绝最初嗰认罪协议[4][5]，联邦大陪审团提起48项指控[6]。2010年，科纳汉承认一项共谋敲诈勒索罪，判仔进联邦监牢17年半。[7]恰瓦雷拉来勒第二年受审，39项指控中有12项成立，判仔进坐28年个联邦牢监。[8]
