𝛿波(英语:delta wave)是脑电波个一种,指频率处于 0.5 至 4 Hz 之间个脑电波,跟其他脑电波一样子,有得用脑电图个方法量度。伊是主要脑电波当中频率最低慨,一般都拨人认为反映一个冇啥活动个脑,是孲𤘅子个脑最常有个脑电波,而在正常个大人当中通常就会在非快速动眼睡眠个第三阶段-即是个人睏得最深哪时出现。
