加沙种族灭绝指个是以色列勒垃2023年巴以战争里向对加沙地带个巴勒斯坦人民进行个持续个、故意个、系统性个毁灭。[1][2][3][4][5]以色列做个种族灭绝做法有得比方讲，大规模杀人、饿煞人、灭脱所有人、破坏民用基础设施、杀医务人员、杀寻援助个人、大规模强制迁移、性暴力、阻止生育咾啥个。[6]
南非政府勒垃国际法院对以色列箇做法提起诉讼，控告以色列违反《防止及惩治灭绝种族罪公约》。[7]法院判以色列要去履行《种族灭绝公约》里向规定个义务，命令以色列允许更多个人道主义援助进到加沙去。[8]以色列政府反驳南非个指控，指责国际法院是反犹太主义个。[9]
